Scheduled Club Runs

Monday: 7:50 am at Spray Lakes Sports centre track for speedwork, sessions typically last for about 1 hour.; Evening group run 6:30PM from Trailblazers, normally about 8K around the roads.
Wednesday: 6:00 pm Easy Trail run from Cochrance Swimming Pool car park (around 7:00/K pace). Postponed while Clinic is on, join us instead for a run from Trailblazers at 7PM
Thursday: Evening group run 6:30PM from Trailblazers. Two groups most nights, one doing an easy 8K, another doing hill training in preparation for the upcoming race season.
Saturday: Starts 8:30 am at Guy's. Routes and distances vary - no one goes alone! Always followed by coffee/breakfast at Guys!; Another group is also meeting at Glenbow Ranch Provincial park, starts at 8:30 am from car park
Sunday: Starts 9:00 am from Cochrane Pool, usually about an hour easy on trails (around 7:00/K pace).
